How does a Virtual Office Address work?

  • Customers and suppliers send postal mail to your assigned virtual office address.
  • The front of the envelope of parcel is scanned and an email sent to you alerting that you have some mail in your mailbox.
  • You log into the web-portal of the virtual office provider and choose to either scan, discard, shred, forward or pick up your mail items.

Scanning, shredding and forwarding mail comes with a separate fee.
